- Developing backend components based on Java and Spring Boot
- Designing business logic components for complex, innovative software solutions in direct customer cooperation in a cloud-native architecture
- Solving technical and conceptual challenges such as continuous delivery processes and performance optimization
- Targeted use of AI-powered development and assistance tools, e.g. to support software development, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Working in a scaled-agile environment (Scrum within teams, SAFe-based)

What makes your job special
What we want from you
- At least one year of experience in backend development
- Proven hands on experience with Java and Spring Boot, or JakartaEE/ Microprofile-implementations (Quarkus, Micronaut) and expertise in the development and integration of microservices
- First experience in cloud-native environments (kubernetes, kafka), unit / integration testing and agile project methods (scrum, DevOps)
- Proficiency with common development and integration tools, along with the ability to use AI-powered development and assistance tools effectively and responsibly throughout the software development lifecycle
- University degree in computer science or similar and proficiency in multiple aspects of software development
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
