What makes your job special

Analysis of existing business processes and development of innovative solutions for our clients in the financial industry (banks & asset managers)
Implementation of digitalisation initiatives, as well as requirements engineering, conceptualising, designing and optimising business processes
Specification of banking solutions (business concepts, user stories)
Communication and coordination with business units, interdisciplinary project teams, and other project stakeholders

What we want from you

At least three years professional and project experience at a consulting firm, a bank or infinancial services
Strong knowledge of banking processes and requirements
Excellent methodological skills in business analysis, requirements engineering and project management
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Financeor a comparable field
Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
