What makes your job special

Providing methodical coaching to project team members in the roles of Product Owner and cross-functional developers (such as software developers, business analysts and UX designers)
Promoting agile values and principles across projects
Designing and overseeing agile processes within and beyond the team
Developing valuable solutions as a team in accordance with our clients’ strategic roadmap
Coordinating and facilitating meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Identifying and resolving obstacles, conflicts, and risks
Advising our clients on strategic, technical, and methodological challenges
Diverse projects at Germany’s leading financial institutions

What we want from you

At least three years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in supporting agile change processes in software development
Expertise in the methodology of complex IT projects
Knowledge of Scrum and other methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe
Desirable: Project methodology, Scrum Master and/or SAFe/Nexus certification and a background in software development
Ideally experience in the financial sector
University degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
